Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to make a return, please follow the guidelines below.
1. The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility (Condition of Item)
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Delivery: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
3. How to Start a Return

- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.

Sale items priced at over $200 (Refunds are only offered for regular-priced items over $200).
- Exception: If a non-refundable item is delivered defective or damaged, it can be returned, refunded or exchanged.
6. Restocking Fee (15%)
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the return is due to Customer Remorse (e.g., you changed your mind or no longer want the product).
7. Exchanges (Only for Damaged/Defective Items)
- We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- If your item is flawed, please email hello@giftwave.co with photos and/or a video clip of the issue.
- We will process a free exchange for the same product.
- We do not offer exchanges based on color, size, texture, or for "change of mind."
8. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take up to 15 business days to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund after this time, reach out to us, we will be happy to help.
