Shipping Policy
We are committed to safely and promptly delivering your gifts. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
1. Delivery Coverage and Sourcing
We currently only ship to the United States. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Processing & Transit Times
- Handling/Processing: Orders take between 1 - 3 business days to prepare for shipment.
- Transit Time (US): Estimated delivery time is between 5 - 15 business days (Monday through Friday) once shipped.
- Order Cut-Off Time: The daily cut-off is 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs & Carriers
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Note on Express Shipping Options: Please contact us directly to inquire about Express options. Rates for expedited shipping vary based on the specific product, current season, and carrier demand. We will be happy to quote you on faster shipping options.
Our Trusted Carriers: To ensure your package arrives safely and on time, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
4. Tracking and Monitoring
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- A Note on Tracking Updates: Depending on the item, your tracking number may be for a local carrier (such as USPS or UPS). Please note that these tracking links typically do not update until the package has cleared customs and been handed over to the local carrier. If your tracking appears "stuck" for a few days, don't worry—it simply means your order is in transit from our international facility and will update as soon as it reaches your local hub.
- Should you have any concerns regarding your delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are happy to contact our shipping partners directly to provide you with a detailed status update.
5. Order Changes and Issues
- Cancellation: Please note that once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or diverted.
- Address Change: Email hello@giftwave.co within 48 hours of ordering. We cannot change the shipping address once the package is in transit.
- Wrong Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect mailing address you provided, you will be responsible for all additional reshipping fees if applicable.
- Multiple Locations: If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.
- Delayed Delivery: If a delay exceeds 8 working days, please reach out to us.
- Transport-Related Damage: If a shipment appears damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at hello@giftwave.co.
- Item Not Received: If you have issues with final delivery, please contact us.
